Appearance[]
Like your typical Saiyan, Horen has jet black hair and being a half Saiyan, his hair grows and can be cut. Which he styled similar to that of Teen Gohan's after his fight with Negi. He wears a white headband that looks identical to bandage. He also wears a gi similar to Goku's old one though, instead of orange his is black.
Personality[]
Horen is a man of many masks. There is no definitive personality that people know about him except for the exception of emo, broken, rebellious and extremely edgy. This all is because of the trauma he went through and the hate he gets for who he is. Although, Cala and Negi don't know this side of him as he keeps it hidden quite well.
History[]
Horen Soryuu is a Saiyan Human hybrid and the son of an unnamed Saiyan who used to work under Frieza as one of his elite soldiers. The unnamed father was fed up with Frieza though completely oblivious to his plans. He escaped to a planet named Earth where he met Horen's mother, Corona Wolfstang a skilled fighter who not only posses Ki but also the powers of fire. They got married and Corona gave birth to Horen, a child with an immense power level, easily one of 9,000 and since both of his parents were martial artists so he trained just as often as they did in fact, he trained with them and even picked up on a few techniques that his mother posseses allowing Horen's power to sky rocket to over 500,000. On his 16th birthday, Horen's parents were off to go get supplys for the party but while they were doing that his parents were ambushed and killed by an unknown person. Ever since he hated the third of July and he vowed to kill whoever ruined his life.
Powers & Abilities[]
Horen is an amazing fighter, he tied with Negi, one who fought a God and survived. (Although the outcome of the match has never been agreed on.) The Saiyan was also able to pick up on the Instant Transmission after only seeing it in action a few times and he found out how to counter the Takkeizō after only seeing it once or twice implying that his analysis skills are amazing. Beyond that, it can be guessed that Ren went through years of rigorous training with his parents to get to the level he is at now and although he doesn't posses Super Saiyan he makes up for this with his Heat Armor technique.

Horen's name comes from Horenso which means Spinach, keeping the Saiyan-Veggie troupe.
The death of Horen's parents on his birthday symbolized his journey into manhood at the age of 16.
